Access to and use of the Platform are subject to these Terms & Conditions of Use. By browsing or using the Platform, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

1. Purpose of the Platform
epaggelmatiescy.com is an online platform for finding, presenting and promoting professionals and businesses that provide services in Cyprus.
The purpose of the Platform is to help users search for professionals based on criteria such as service category, specialisation, city, area and service areas.
Through the Platform, users can view available information about professionals and businesses and contact them using the contact details or channels provided.
The Platform serves as a means of information, search, promotion and facilitation of communication. Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is not a party to any agreement that may be concluded between a user and a professional.
2. Professional listings
The Platform may include listings of professionals, self-employed persons and businesses.
Depending on the case, the information in a listing may have been provided directly by the professional or business, confirmed in the context of a collaboration with the Platform, or obtained from lawfully available public sources in accordance with applicable law.
Depending on the case, a listing may include a trading name or professional’s name, category and type of services, area of activity or service, contact details, address, website, social media, opening hours, a description of services, photographs or other relevant professional information.
The presence of a listing on the Platform does not in itself mean that the professional concerned has personally created or manages the listing.
3. Accuracy of information
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information displayed on the Platform as accurate and up to date as possible.
However, professional information may change without our prior knowledge.
We do not guarantee that all information displayed on the Platform is complete, accurate or up to date at all times.
Users should confirm directly with the professional any information they consider important before entering into a collaboration or engaging a service.
4. Correcting or updating a listing
If a professional or business finds that a listing concerning them contains incorrect, incomplete or outdated information, they may contact the Platform and request that it be reviewed and, where appropriate, corrected or updated.
To protect the listing and prevent unauthorised changes, we may request reasonable verification details.
5. Promotion and additional features
The Platform may offer different forms of professional promotion, additional listing features, advertising placements or other benefits in the context of collaborations, programmes or business agreements.
Some of these benefits may be offered at no additional charge to beneficiaries of specific collaborations or programmes.
Providing a particular feature or promotion free of charge does not create a right to its permanent or unlimited provision.
6. A listing is not a guarantee or certification
The presence of a professional or business on the Platform does not in itself constitute a guarantee, certification or assurance by the Platform as to the quality, suitability, price, availability or outcome of their services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Platform does not independently verify every claim, professional qualification, licence or other information relating to each listed professional.
Users are responsible for carrying out the checks they consider necessary before choosing or working with any professional.
7. Contacting professionals
The Platform may provide ways to contact professionals directly by telephone, WhatsApp, email, website, social media or other available channels.
Once a user contacts a professional, their communication and any subsequent agreement take place directly between them.
8. Search or matching service
The Platform may allow a user to submit a request to find a professional according to specific needs or criteria.
Any match or suggestion does not guarantee that the professional will be available, will accept the work or will meet the user’s specific needs or requirements.
9. Agreements between users and professionals
Unless expressly stated otherwise, any agreement regarding the provision of a service, cost, payment, timeframe, warranties, cancellation or any other term is made directly between the user and the professional.
The Platform does not set the prices of professionals’ services and is not a party to the contract between them.
10. Obligations of professionals
Professionals who provide information for their listing must make reasonable efforts to ensure that it is accurate, lawful and up to date.
Providing unlawful, knowingly false or misleading content, or content that infringes the rights of third parties, is not permitted.
11. Prohibited uses
It is prohibited to use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, to gain unauthorised access, to interfere with its operation, to transmit malicious software or to collect data unlawfully.
12. Intellectual property
The design, structure, original texts, graphics, organisation of content, software and other elements of the Platform may be protected by intellectual property rights.
Logos, trademarks, photographs and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Third-party services and links
The Platform may include links or features relating to third-party services, such as maps, messaging apps, social networks or external websites.
These services operate independently and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
14. Availability of the Platform
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
Maintenance, technical work, upgrades or changes to its features may be carried out from time to time.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent professionals, nor for the quality, price, availability or outcome of their services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Advertising and promotional content
The Platform may display advertisements, promotional content or special placements.
Where required, such content is appropriately distinguished from other content.
17. Reporting content

The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
21. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Any mandatory rights granted under Cypriot or European law remain unaffected.
